Since the journey takes over 3 hours from Chefchaouen to Fes, we don’t recommend taking a day trip. There isn’t enough time in the day to appreciate Fes, and the day will be very tiring. Of course, if you’d still like to take this day trip, we would be happy to help. But we recommend spending a night or two in Fes to gain a complete appreciation of it.
